How much, how often, and who should not take it — all of that is further down this page, word for word off the sachet.

When you ate more than you meant to.
Dizzo Fast is not for a condition. It is for a meal — the one that was heavier, oilier or later than you meant it to be.

A wedding dinner.
Four courses you had not planned on, because the queue only moves one way.
A late dinner.
Eaten at eleven, in bed by midnight, and your stomach is still working on it.
Travelling.
Train food, flight food, highway food. The sachet fits in a pocket for exactly this.
You ate out.
Restaurant, dhaba, street food. Somebody else decided how much went on the plate.
One sachet, one glass, once. Nothing to measure and no bottle to keep. That is why it lives in your bag and not in a cupboard.
This is not a new idea.
Jeera after a heavy meal is not a marketing idea. Indian kitchens have done it for generations — jeera water, a spoon of saunf on the way out, pudina in the chaas.
The kitchen was not wrong about any of it. It was only inexact: how much jeera, how strong, how long ago it was boiled. Dizzo Fast carries all three as measured dry extracts. The same habit at a fixed dose, with two digestive enzymes the kitchen never had.

Jeera50 mg
Saunf50 mg
Pudina50 mg
Two digestive enzymes, alongside the herbs.
0163 mgPapain
From raw papaya
The enzyme in unripe papaya. Indian and South-East Asian kitchens have rubbed raw papaya into tough meat for generations to soften it — papain cuts long protein chains into shorter pieces. Dizzo carries a measured amount of the same enzyme.
Helps in protein digestion
0221 mgFungal Diastase
Alpha amylase, from fermentation
An amylase — the same family of enzyme as the one in your own saliva, which is why carbohydrates start tasting faintly sweet if you chew them long enough. It breaks them down into simpler sugars.
Helps in carbohydrate digestion
Both of these are in Dizzo Tablet as well.
What does the sachet work on?
Tick what you ate. You will see which enzyme in the sachet does the work, and where nothing does.
Tick as many as you like. Nothing is sent anywhere. It all happens on your own phone.
What in Dizzo works on that
Tick a dish on the left. Whatever works on it will come forward. And where nothing does, this side will say so.

The difference
Settling the acid is not the whole job.
A plain antacid powder
It settles the acid, and the burning goes quickly. The meal is still there — in a stomach that is now less acidic than it was.
Dizzo Fast
Dizzo brings its own digestive enzymes: papain helps break down protein, while fungal diastase helps break down carbohydrates. Then jeera, saunf and pudina help ease the after-meal discomfort: gas, acidity and bloating.

Dizzo Tablet
The gas & bloating specialist — for when it happens often enough that you keep a pack with you.
Dizzo Tablet is a digestive medicine with simethicone.
Simethicone is the one ingredient Dizzo Fast does not carry. It acts on gas that is already trapped. That is the difference between the two.
